Tiffany Halshaw
Psychosocial Recovery Coach / Support coordination
Tiffany Halshaw, Psychosocial Recovery Coach / Support coordinator for Taylor Made Outcomes.
Tiffany has a strong passion for empowering people to feel heard, confident, and supported as they work towards their goals. She practices within a holistic, person-centred framework, focusing on each individual’s strengths, insights, and ensuring they remain at the centre of all decision-making.
Known for her compassionate and empathetic nature, Tiffany creates safe and respectful spaces where people feel genuinely supported. Her journey into the disability and mental health sector was inspired by her personal experience caring for a loved one with mental health challenges—an experience that highlighted the importance of person-centred care and shaped her professional purpose.
Tiffany began her career in 2011 as a peer worker supporting disengaged youth before moving into disability and mental health roles within day programs and residential settings, supporting individuals with complex intellectual and psychosocial disabilities. She later joined Taylor Made Outcomes as a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach—a role that aligns deeply with her values and passion for helping others.
Tiffany holds a Certificate III in Disability and a Diploma of Counselling, along with additional training in mental health, trauma-informed care, and suicide prevention. Dedicated to ongoing professional growth, she regularly completes further training to ensure her knowledge remains current and aligned with best practice.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys arts and crafts and spending time in nature with her family. She is proud to continue her journey with Taylor Made Outcomes, providing compassionate, person-centred support to individuals through the NDIS.
